1. Refund Policy for Home Tuitions
Parents are eligible for a full refund if classes are cancelled within 7 days of enrollment.
If parents cancel after the 7-day period:50% of the fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a teacher cancels the classes, the remaining balance of the unused classes will be refunded in full to the parents.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including test series, online courses, downloadable content, and study materials) are final and non-refundable, due to the nature of instant access.
3. Cancellation Policy
Parents may cancel tuition services at any time by sending a written request via email or WhatsApp.
For prepaid classes, refunds will be issued strictly as per the Refund Policy above.
In case of teacher cancellation, The GD Firm - GD Educators will either:
Provide a replacement teacher, ORInitiate a refund of the remaining balance amount.
4. Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
