Refund Policy for Test Series and One-to-One Online Classes
General Policy
All sales of test series and one-to-one online classes by GD Educators (The GD Firm) are final and non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances as outlined below.
Test Series Refunds
Refunds are not provided once the purchase is confirmed and access to the test series content is granted.
If a technical failure on our platform prevents access to purchased materials, a refund or alternative access will be provided upon verification.
No refunds will be issued due to change of mind or inability to complete the test series.
One-to-One Online Classes Refunds and Rescheduling
Class fees are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Classes missed without prior cancellation notice will be considered completed and are non-refundable.
In case of dissatisfaction, clients should contact support within 7 days of the session to discuss resolution options; refunds are granted at the discretion of GD Educators based on case merit.
Request Process
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via thegdfirm@gmail.com with purchase details and reasons.
Refund requests received after the eligible period or without proper documentation will not be entertained.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Modification and Updates
GD Educators reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. The latest policy will always apply to new purchases and be posted on the official website.
