Once you book our tuition services, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to schedule and confirm the classes.
The service is delivered at the student’s home (offline tuition) or via online mode, as per the plan selected.
There are no physical products shipped. The service begins as per the agreed schedule.

2. Digital Products (Test Series, Online Courses, Study Materials)
All digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment through email, WhatsApp, or through your login on our platform.
No physical shipping is applicable for these products.
In case of any delivery issue (e.g., login/access not received), please contact our support team immediately.

3. Delivery Timelines
Home Tuitions: Service delivery (first class) is usually initiated within 2–5 working days from booking confirmation.
Digital Products: Access is provided instantly or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
