Terms & Conditions – GD Educators (Home Tuition Services)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by GD Educators. By engaging with our services as a tutor or client (parent/student), you agree to comply with all terms stated below.
2. Nature of Service
GD Educators acts as a facilitator/aggregator connecting tutors with students. We do not guarantee academic results but ensure proper matching based on requirements.
3. Fee & Commission Structure
First Month Fee100% of the first month’s fee must be paid in advance to GD Educators.
Out of this, 50% will be retained by GD Educators as a service and onboarding charge.
The remaining 50% will be released to the tutor after successful completion of one month.
From Second Month Onwards
GD Educators will charge a 10% commission on the monthly tuition fee.
The remaining 90% will be paid to the tutor.
Mandatory Payment Routing
All payments must be made through GD Educators.
Direct payment between tutor and client is strictly prohibited.
Violation Policy
Any attempt to bypass GD Educators will result in:
Immediate termination
Penalty up to 10x of the tuition fee
Legal action
4. Payment Terms for Clients/Parents
Fees must be paid in advance before classes begin.
Tuition will only be confirmed after payment.
For ongoing classes, fees must be paid before the next cycle begins.
Delay beyond 2 classes will result in suspension of classes.
5. Payment Terms for Tutors
Payment will be processed after completion of one month.
Payment dates: 10th / 20th / 30th, depending on joining date.
No advance payments will be provided.
Tutors must not collect payment directly from clients.
6. Trial & Confirmation
Only one trial class is allowed per tutor.
Tuition is confirmed only after fee payment.
Trial classes may be paid or unpaid depending on company policy.
7. Cancellation & Notice Policy
For Clients:
A 15-day prior notice is mandatory to discontinue services
OR
Pay 15 days’ fee + 50% company charges (non-refundable)
For Tutors:
A 15-day notice must be given before leaving
Failure will result in non-payment for pending duration
8. Attendance & Leave Policy
Classes will follow the agreed schedule.
Festivals and public holidays will be adjusted mutually.
Tutor leaves beyond 3 days/month may lead to fee adjustment.
Student absences beyond 2 days will be chargeable.
9. Code of Conduct
Tutors must maintain professionalism and punctuality.
Any misconduct may lead to immediate termination.
Clients must provide a safe and respectful environment.
10. Non-Circumvention Clause
Tutors and clients cannot directly engage with each other outside GD Educators.
This restriction applies during and up to 12 months after service termination.
11. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once tuition is confirmed.
Exceptions may be considered only in special cases at company discretion.
12. Liability Disclaimer
GD Educators is not responsible for:
Academic performance outcomes
Personal disputes between tutor and client
Any indirect or consequential losses
13. Termination
GD Educators reserves the right to terminate services without notice in case of:
Policy violation
Payment default
Misconduct
14. Changes to Terms
GD Educators may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
