3. Payments and Refunds
All prices are mentioned in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Once purchased, digital products like test series or courses are non-refundable.
For one-to-one classes, rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice. Failure to attend without notice will count as a completed session.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, tests, study materials, designs, and brand assets, are owned by GD Educators.
Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of content in any form is strictly prohibited.
We grant a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

By downloading our free ebooks, demo tests, or other learning materials, you consent to receive helpful updates, emails, and promotional offers related to your exam preparation.
You may unsubscribe from communication at any time.
6. Class Conduct and Academic Integrity
Students must maintain respectful communication during all one-to-one or group classes.
Academic misconduct such as sharing login credentials, distributing paid material, or using unfair means during tests may lead to suspension without refund.
7. Technical and Access Issues
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to online classes and test platforms but are not liable for disruptions caused by internet, server, or technical issues beyond our control.
Scheduled maintenance or updates may temporarily affect access, for which notice will be provided in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
GD Educators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Learning outcomes depend on user effort and performance and are not guaranteed.
